Business Set Up and Corporate Compliance

1. Registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

This is required for the conduct of business in a particular municipality or city. 

3. Registration with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR):

 

Conduct of business is coupled with an obligation to pay taxes. We handle processing of (1) BIR Certificate of Registration, (2) Registration of Books of Accounts, and (3) Authority to prints receipts or invoices (ATP).

4. Registration with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).

Every employer as defined in the Occupational Safety and Health Standards is required to register with the DOLE. Aside from registration, we assist employers determine its scope of compliance under the pertinent labor rules and regulations.  

5. Registration with the Philippine Health Insurance (PhilHealth).

This is a mandatory registration covering health insurance benefits for employees. 

6. Registration with the Social Security System (SSS). 

This is a mandatory registration covering social benefits for employees, such as, sickness benefit and maternity benefit, among others. 

7. Registration with the Pag-IBIG.

This is a mandatory registration primarily covering housing loan benefits for employees. 

8. Drafting of HR manual, policies, employment contracts, and related documents.

9. Registration of Trademark with the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHIL).

Trademark is without a doubt a valuable business asset. Protect your trademark with proper and timely registration. 

10. Registration with the Philippine Food and Drug Administration (FDA). 

Protect your business and your product consumers. If you are engaged in drug or food business, you must obtain a License To Operate (LTO), and a Certificate of Product Registration (CPR). 

11. Structuring Corporate Compliance
