Francis leads the Firm's Labor and Dispute Resolution Department, with years of extensive experience representing individual and corporate clients in contractual and property disputes, enforcement of contractual rights, fraud, labor, commercial and criminal litigation, family law, and estate.

 

In his International Law practice, Francis acted as the External Counsel of ZLegal, a Law Firm in Ontario, Canada, that assists clients on litigation, employment, and commercial matters abroad.

 

On the Commercial Law side, Francis actively advises individual and corporate clients in legal compliance matters before the Securities and Exchange Commission, Bureau of Internal Revenue, the National Labor Relations Commission, the Department of Trade and Industry, and other government entities. He previously ensured full corporate and labor compliance, including stock and asset transfers relative to corporate acquisition of other business entities, when he was a counsel and legal advisor for a top luxury vehicle dealer and importer in the Philippines.

 

Francis earned his Business Management degree in 2011 and obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 2016. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar the following year.
